Exciting times, friends! This year, I decided to do something different with the Arsies: I'm running it as a single-elimination playoff tournament. Every workday, starting in 2010, I'll pit two albums against each other. As such, this year's Arsies will be announced on February 12th. This is two weeks later than the customary day-after-the-Grammies schedule we've adhered to in the past. I really don't know how this is going to go, but at least it guarantees some seriously good metal to start off my new year right.
